A pleasurable experience

Very helpful and friendly staff. They would do anything to make our biking experience wonderful. They gave us a snow report and told us to contact them if we needed any help.
Best (and safest!) way to see Vancouver!

We had a great experience with Cycle City and feel this is the best and most interesting way to see Vancouver. The bike paths are excellent and 90% of the time you are shielded from cars and pedestrians - super safe. We were our ~4 hours including a nice lunch on Granville Island.
I would encourage you to reserve/pay online - those who didn't waited in line quite awhile - this is a very popular activity!
The lock is a bit tricky and I recommend trying it yourself before leaving the shop.
Hands down the favourite part of our day!
A must in Vancouver

We had booked the epic tour but due to a bad back the guys kindly changed it to self guided tour. I would highly recommend that you do a bike tour as such a good way to see the sights and safe as so many cycle lanes. A must for a visit and A1 customer service
Fabulous

Greg was our tour guide and he was fantastic. The tour itself was easy because we made many stops to learn about the area. I recommend doing this if you want to explore Vancouver.
Excellent way to experience the city.

We had a great day biking. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bikes were excellent. The electric bikes worked really well and performed great.
